Beauty: Maple Holistics Tea Tre Oil Conditioner Product Review

With Fall officially here, I am readjusting my hair and skin care regiments for chilly and dry weather. Just like many people change their foundations from season to season--I get like two shades darker during the summer--your self-care regiments should change as well. During the colder months my hair tends to get really dry and brittle, which makes it prone to breakage and unnecessary tangling. I had been on the lookout for a new conditioner for a while (I don't use shampoo at all) and was so happy when a member of the Maple Holistics team contacted me to try their Tea Tree Oil Conditioner.

Once I saw that Tea Tree Oil was one of the main ingredients I was excited to see how my hair would like this conditioner. For those of you who usually buy your products from drug stores, let's talk about natural hair products for a moment. When I first went natural--cut off my chemically straightened hair--I became completely responsible for making sure that my hair remained healthy. I no longer had a beautician to blame if a certain style or blow out did not turn out how I wanted. With that being said, I did a lot of research on the products I should use for my hair in order to maintain optimum health. One thing I needed to do was omit all parabens, alcohols, and other chemicals from my hair care regimen. I noticed when I went to the store and picked up products that many of these companies included these harmful elements in their shampoos and conditioners, with the audacity to call them natural.

Maple Holistics is an amazing company that takes the holistic route to improving hygiene, health, and daily living. They make sure to use the highest and purest ingredients in order to maximize the therapeutic potential for each of the products specific area of health. Any time a company contacts me I always look them up and go their about me page. I want to make sure that if I am talking about a product it is something that I truly enjoy and and benefited from.

Tea Tree oil has many benefits when its comes to the health of your skin and hair: includes antioxidants, antibacterial properties, and prevents dandruff and dry scalp. This Tea Tree oil conditioner was amazing! I love the tingly feeling I get when I wash my hair, for some reason it makes it feel more clean haha, but I also noticed a difference in my curls and how they immediately softened up and de-tangling became extremely easy. I have a process when it comes to washing my hair:

1. Wet coils and curls all over.
2. Section off hair (usually four or six sections).
3. Go through each section apply product and de-tangle.
4. Rinse.
5. Apply leave-in, styling products, and style.

I can honestly say that this conditioner helped me speed through my first three steps with less tangles and knots and my hair felt so soft and clean! I love having conditioners that are made specifically from natural ingredients and I can't wait to try more products from Maple Holistics, and the great thing is that it is less than $15! Gotta stay budget friendly right? Giveaway may be coming soon so keep your eyes peeled!
