          We've officially started the new year and we're supposed to feel good right? So what's up with the post-holiday drag! I mentioned in the nine things I learned from 2019 post that I was going to be focusing on self-care. Often we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life we forget to do the simple things that make us who we are.
